DCM offers the finest workmanship using local subcontractors and suppliers. Dan is a hands on master builder and licensed CO Real Estate Broker for 25 years. 

  • Home Improvents which update and enhance your current home can be planned allowing you to stay while work is being done, many times on a project by project basis. It is wise to keep your existing home and upgrade it as lots and new homes are expensive. This includes kitchen, bath and basement finishes and upgrades.

  • Exterior Living Additons enhance your familiy's lifestyle and increase your equity and return on investments. We can provide complete design/build services with all necessary plans for building permits and completion.

  • Larger custom home projects need a qualified project manager. Dan will limit other projects during your custom home build to assure an accurate budget and schedule are followed. We have worked with several fine Architects and do much of the concept planning on the front end to save money and time.
